A Canadian Christian ministry
to bring God’s Love and
Truth to the neediest
“You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder. You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless? … You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone… As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.”
(James 2:19-20, 24, 26 NIV)
“Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn’t do it, sins.”
(James 4:17 NIV)
Florence Boivin Roumestan , President of Justice & Equity, is a Canadian with an African heart, and born in the media. With a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Certificate in International Marketing, she has worked as a journalist, press attaché, advertising agent and public relations officer. She is an International Consultant in Marketing and Communication while a missionary with her husband Denis. God called her to be a prophetess. She travels all around the world to bring Christians back to God’s love and truth, with boldness and meekness. She is sometimes persecuted for His truth, but her love to others is equal to her joy to be God’s fellow soldier. With her husband and daughter Noellie, she co-founded Justice & Equity.
Denis Roumestan is Vice President of J&E, is an African Canadian born in Algeria, and raised in Morocco. He became an attorney at the age of 23. After completing his PhD in Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in History, he is an International Lawyer and International Consultant. It is God’s plan to use all these skills to make him an apostle and a missionary worldwide with his wife Florence. His ministry is to bring the truth of God and His love in the workplace, to train, to boost and encourage, to comfort spiritual leaders and teach how to practice God’s love on a daily basis wherever one is in the society. He is one of the three co-founders and the former President of Justice & Equity.
Noellie Lorentz-Redfern , the third co-founder of Justice & Equity, is also a member of the Board. With a Diploma in Tourism, and now a Pilates Professor, she lives in Bermuda with her husband Michael and her two children where she also teaches French. She always encourages, assists and supports the ministry in the field, even when situations are difficult. She has been very active with Florence in the coming of a medical team from Bermuda to Burundi in 2009.
Michael Redfern, of British and Sierra Leonean descent, is presently a high ranking officer in the Bermuda Police services, and a team leader in a wide range of fields (financial investigation, compliance, criminal investigations). Michael’s heart is for the poorest and the neediest. With his wife Noellie, he too has been very instrumental in the coming of a medical team from Bermuda to Burundi in 2009.
Loïs Roumestan , Denis and Florence’s youngest child, was 2 years old when he received the vision of the Rwandan genocide while in Montreal. It is at the age of 9 that he joined the missionary field with J&E in Africa. Ministering to street children, he was also preaching and teaching in Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, English and French. While traveling or studying, and now as an entrepreneur, he always finds a way to connect with people and share his passion for justice, equity and development. He is presently studying at UNISA (South Africa) in International Relations and Diplomacy. He is also involved with youth against genocide and poverty, while committed to bringing business as a way to development.
